This policy explains what information Aollgo collects when you visit aollgo.com or submit a form, how we use it, and your rights. We do not sell your personal data.

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Contact form submissions — name, email address, and the message you send us.
  • Booking / enquiry form submissions — name, email, phone number, business name, website, marketing budget, service interest, and preferred meeting time.
  • Automatically collected data — anonymised page-view analytics (via Vercel Analytics), browser type, device type, country, and referring URL. This data does not identify you personally.
  • reCAPTCHA interactions — Google reCAPTCHA v3 runs on our contact form to detect spam. Google may collect limited behavioural data as part of this process (see Google's privacy policy).

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not collect payment information — any transactions are handled by third-party booking tools.

  • To respond to your enquiry or booking request.
  • To send you a confirmation email after a form submission.
  • To understand how our website is used so we can improve it (aggregate analytics only).
  • To prevent spam and abuse (reCAPTCHA, honeypot, and submit-speed checks).

We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly request them. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Form submission data (your name, email, and message) is stored in our email inbox and retained for as long as needed to service your enquiry. We do not store form data in a database. If you would like your data deleted, email us at Hello@aollgo.com and we will remove it promptly.

Form data is transmitted securely via HTTPS and sent to our email using TLS-encrypted SMTP (Gmail). We take reasonable technical precautions to protect your data, but no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
